1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Intentia, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Intentia Is

Intentia is a collaborative task management app for people with ADD, couples, roommates, families, and small teams. You can create shared lists, assign tasks, set due dates and reminders, send nudges, build completion streaks, and organize tasks with tags, priorities, and recurring schedules. The goal is to make shared responsibility feel effortless.

3. Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information (name, email).
• Keep your password secure. Passwords must be at least 12 characters.
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You can sign up with email and password or with Sign in with Apple.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or send unwanted nudges to other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• Use automated tools to access the app without our permission.
• Interfere with the app’s operation or infrastructure.

5. Your Content

You own the content you create in Intentia — your lists, tasks, notes, and tags. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. When you share a list, your collaborators can view and interact with the tasks in that list.

6. Shared Lists and Collaboration

When you share a list via an invite link:

• Invited users join as editors or viewers based on the invite settings.
• Members can see all tasks in the shared list, including who created and who is assigned to each task.
• Members can send nudges to remind each other about tasks.
• List owners can remove members at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Intentia app, including its design, logo, and code, is our property and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app.

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app. When you do, all your data — lists, tasks, devices, and personal information — is permanently deleted. Lists you created that are shared with others will also be deleted.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Intentia is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
